Lynn is a self-taught paper collage artist who works with donated and discarded materials, most often vintage magazines. Deeply committed to the spirit of reuse and reinvention, Lynn brings new life to overlooked materials.

For close to 20 years, she has been developing a large variety of techniques from paper weaving and image transfers to layering precisely cut images and blending with paper. Her 100% paper creations range from landscapes and surreal dreamscapes, to portraits and abstracts.

She enjoys including a bit of storytelling in her work and captures the viewer by allowing them to escape into incredible detail. Hidden images and messages can be found for days or even years in her commissions that are meant to represent the owner’s personality and character traits.

Her work has been exhibited throughout the Philadelphia area. You can catch her sharing her passion for collage by leading workshops and participating in Collage Philadelphia meet-ups, where she continues to connect with and inspire fellow artists.
