Ruby
Justin Ruby is a self-taught artist known for his intricate mosaics made from deconstructed sneakers, car upholstery, and designer luggage. His practice spans from realist painting to abstract conceptual sculpture, unified by a deep exploration of material culture and identity. Ruby began his artistic journey in the basement of a row home in York, Pennsylvania, and has since exhibited internationally—from New York to London—with notable shows at The State Museum of Pennsylvania and The New York Stock Exchange. His work examines how materials shape our sense of self, status, and belonging. Collectors of Ruby’s work include Mike Tyson, J Prince, Barclays Center.
