Amy Bond works in collage and mixed media, drawn to the tactile joy of working with actual materials - paper, vintage imagery, found street posters, and paint - after spending two decades as an artist behind computer screens. Her work ranges from surreal narratives where toasters meet tiny figures and elephant trunks emerge from living rooms, to layered abstract compositions. Based in Fishtown, Amy is the founder of the Sidewalk Collage Library, a community art project that brings collage-making directly to Philadelphia’s streets through free collage packs and workshops.
